  • How is merino wool made?

    1. Mowing

The wool is carefully collected from merino sheep. Their fleece consists of particularly fine, flexible, and naturally breathable fibers.

    2. Sorting and cleaning

The fibers are selected based on their fineness, length, and quality. They are then gently washed to remove impurities while preserving their natural properties.

    3. Wiring

The cleaned wool is untangled, aligned, and then spun into fine, even yarns. This step produces a material that is soft, lightweight, durable, and pleasant against the skin.

    4. Knitting and finishing

The yarns are knitted to create a flexible fabric that naturally follows the body’s movements. The garment is then shaped and carefully finished to retain its form, comfort, and elegance over time.
