GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on Saint-Lin.com, operated under the Saint-Lin brand by Mathéo DELAGE, sole trader, SIRET 888 236 627 00020, located at 17 rue de Coulimbre, 17600 Sablonceaux, France hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the customer hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” for the sale of linen clothing and accessories offered on the website.
2. Application of the Terms
Any order placed on Saint-Lin.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the prices, sizes, colors, quantities, and product characteristics described on the website.
The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms before placing an order.
3. Products
The products offered on Saint-Lin.com are linen clothing and accessories.
Each product is described as accurately as possible through product pages, including available sizes, colors, materials, photos, and main characteristics.
Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen display settings or the natural properties of linen.
4. Order
An order becomes final once payment has been validated.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
Obvious error in price, stock, or product information;
Payment issue or suspected fraud;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Non-compliance with these Terms.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are shown before the final validation of the order.
Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank card or any other secure payment method offered on the website, including payment solutions available through Shopify.
The order will only be processed after full payment has been received and validated.
In case of payment failure or refusal, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Estimated delivery time for mainland France: 48 to 72 working hours, depending on the carrier and product availability.
Delivery costs are:
Free from €39 of purchase, unless otherwise stated;
€5.90 for orders below this amount.
Delivery delays do not automatically give the Customer the right to cancel the order or claim damages, except where required by applicable law.
The Customer is responsible for checking the parcel upon receipt and reporting any damage or issue as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French and European consumer law, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order.
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
Returned in their original packaging;
Returned with all original tags attached;
In perfect resale condition.
For standard withdrawal returns, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect or non-compliance.
9. Legal guarantees
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
Products are guaranteed to conform to their description and main characteristics.
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt, providing photos of the issue and the order number.
After approval, the product must be returned within 7 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller if the defect or non-compliance is confirmed.
The Seller may offer, depending on the case, a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.
10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for improper use, washing, care, alteration, or storage of the products by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for following the care instructions indicated on the product label or product page.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for differences in color or appearance caused by screen display settings or the natural variations of linen.
11. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent to contact@saint-lin.com within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The Customer must include:
Order number;
Clear description of the issue;
Photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
12. Personal data
Personal data collected through the website is used for order management, delivery, customer service, and, where applicable, marketing communications with consent.
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
Customers may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, opposition, restriction, and portability by contacting contact@saint-lin.com.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
Where applicable, the Customer may also use a consumer mediation service in accordance with French consumer law.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the order is placed.
