At Saint-Lin.com, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and secure shopping experience. This refund policy applies to orders placed on our website, operated under the Saint-Lin brand by Mathéo DELAGE, SIRET 888 236 627 00020.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal, items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
Returned in their original packaging;
Returned with all original tags attached;
In perfect resale condition.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal returns are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund for non-compliant or defective products
We guarantee that each item matches its description and quality standards.
Refund conditions:
Product damaged, defective, missing, or different from the order, including size, color, model, or quantity;
Claim submitted within 14 days of receipt;
Clear photos of the issue and order number sent to contact@saint-lin.com.
Process:
Confirmation of your claim within 48 hours;
Free return label provided if the defect or order error is confirmed;
Returned item received and inspected within 7 days;
Full refund, including the product price and original shipping fees where applicable, within 14 days via the original payment method.
3. Refund in case of lost or undelivered parcel
If your parcel has not been received within 10 working days in mainland France, please contact us with your tracking number.
We will contact the carrier and, if necessary, send an identical replacement item or issue a refund within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are always covered by us in case of a confirmed defect or order error.
4. Non-refundable cases
Worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered items;
Items returned without original tags or packaging;
No photographic proof for defective or non-compliant product claims;
Claims submitted after the 14-day period;
Claims submitted without an order number;
Items damaged due to improper care or storage by the customer.
5. Processing times
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, an additional 3–5 working days may be required for the refund to appear on your account.
