RETURN POLICY

At Saint-Lin.com, we guarantee the quality of our products. This return policy applies to orders placed on our website, operated under the Saint-Lin brand by Mathéo DELAGE, SIRET 888 236 627 00020.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
To exercise this right, the returned item must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
Returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached;
In perfect resale condition.
2. Return for defective or non-compliant products
Accepted conditions:
Product damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order;
Claim submitted within 14 days of receipt;
Photos and order number sent to contact@saint-lin.com.
Process:
Validation within 48 hours and free return label provided if the defect or error is confirmed;
Return within 7 days to: 17 rue de Coulimbre, 17600 Sablonceaux, France;
Inspection → exchange or full refund, including the product price and original shipping fees where applicable.
3. Returns not accepted
Worn, washed, used, damaged, stained, or altered items;
Items returned without original tags or packaging;
Claims made after 14 days without prior notice;
Return shipping costs remain at your expense if no defect or order error is confirmed.
4. Timeframes and fees
Return shipping: free if the product is defective or if we made an error;
For standard withdrawal returns, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated;
Processing within 7 days after receipt of the returned item;
Refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. Lost or undelivered parcel
Contact us within 10 days with your tracking number. We will contact the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a free replacement shipment or refund.
